display, first make multiple copies of the ordering
section for that type of display. For example, if you
will be ordering five different Publisher Links,
first copy the Publisher Link ordering section, then
paste four additional copies of the Publisher Link
ordering section into the order form.

are not calculated, because they are dependent upon
the unknown variable of click-through traffic. The
rate is 9 cents per click-through to your web site,
up to $30 per subject heading.

(The contents of this order form can be pasted into
the body of the email message, or the contents can be
saved as a text file with your word-processing
software and that file can be attached to the outgoing
email message.)

(B) If you need to send us graphic image file(s) for
Graphic Image Display(s), attach the graphic image
file(s) to the email message.

TERMS
------------------------------------------------------
No prepayment or deposit is required. Satisfaction is
guaranteed—if you are dissatisfied, simply notify us,
and we will cancel the display and forgive the amount
due for the current month. The deadline for
submissions is the 25th day of the month prior to
publication. A new display in The Infography will
begin publication on the first day of the month, and
an invoice will be issued on that day. A sponsor may
conclude and close a display by sending a stop notice
to fields@fieldsofknowledge.com. Payment is due
during the month of publication, net 30 days from date
of invoice. Overdue invoices are each assessed a two
percent interest charge on the first day of each
month the invoice is overdue. Fields of Knowledge may
refuse to publish or cease to publish any display,
image, text, or advertisement, with or without cause
or explanation.
